4 – 7 p.m.: Packet Pick-up (2 people)

- distribute racer packets at Fleet Feet Sports (designated location)

Saturday, May 10

10 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Packet Pick-up (2 people)

- distribute racer packets at Fleet Feet Sports (designated location)

12 noon – 3 p.m.: Event and Race Set-up (10 people)

- mark race course; set-up water stops; set-up party

2 -5 p.m.: Packet Pick-up and Timing Chip Distribution (10 people)

- distribute racer packets at Elmwood Park (designated location) and hand-out timing chips

4-6:30 p.m.: Race Volunteers (30 people)

- water stops, directional on course, finish line assistance and timing chip collection

4:15 – 6:30 p.m.: Party Volunteers (30 people)

- sell tickets, pour beer and wine (must be over 21), check ID’s (must be over 21), sell soft drinks, assist vendors with food

***Ticket sales/entrance volunteers will need to arrive at 3:30 p.m.***

6 – 8:15 p.m.: Party Volunteers (30 people)

- sell tickets, pour beer and wine (must be over 21), check ID’s (must be over 21), sell soft drinks, assist Trio with food

8 – 9:30 p.m.: Event Clean-Up (15 people)

All volunteers receive a Gallop 4 the Greenways t-shirt, entry into the party and dinner!
